Payment

Payment is due at the time of service with cash or credit card.
A credit card must be on file with the Dr. White’s office.
For patients with insurance, as a curtesy Dr. White’s office will submit claims for your reimbursement.

Single homeopathic remedies are approximately between $10-14 per month.
Short term combination homeopathic remedies, if used, are $25-50 per month.
Supplements, if used, range from $10/bottle to $100/bottle. Dr. White recommends the most affordable quality supplements that achieve the desired effect.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24-hour in advance.
Cost of appointment is due for missed appointments or late cancellations and rescheduling.
Appointments missed, cancelled late or rescheduled late take away the opportunity from another person to schedule in your time slot.

Urgent Care Phone Consultation: $40 + cost of appointment (see the drop-down menu under Fees).
There are no fees for phone calls regarding new patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, billing, questions to clarify treatment.

Emails that require medical advice will be charged $15-30 and/or an appointment will be recommended.
I answer non-urgent emails as time allows. If you have an urgent matter, call the office phone and leave a message. The doctor will call you back as soon as she’s able.
E-mail is not a confidential source. If you want to communicate in a confidential manner, please schedule a time to talk with Dr. White using the HIPAA compliant telemedicine computer platform.
